Three Decades of California Legal Excellence

With thirty-nine years of California legal excellence, Daniel F. Quinn is a founding partner of Quinn & Kronlund LLP, and practices primarily in mediation and arbitration with a partial percentage of his time engaged in active litigation. Over the years he has represented plaintiffs and defendants in multiple aspects of civil litigation. As a plaintiff lawyer and a defense lawyer he has developed significant skills resolving disputes without trial. Over the years he has tried over 140 jury trials to conclusion. Approximately 15 years ago, his overall advocacy skills drew the attention of many lawyers and people in the business community who encouraged him to become actively involved in the settlement of cases. Now he is primarily engaged in mediation and arbitration with an occasional opportunity to return to the courtroom.
